Kollektion Cooking Event with Lee Kum Kee

This event is a join venture between Kollektion Distributon and Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce brand.
Chef Roy Wong from Kim Ma restaurant, Palace of the Golden Horses Hotel was invited to cook
during this occasion. Chef Roy Wong used Kollektion products (Lebensstil Kollektion, GE and
Princess) and Lee Kum Kee oyster sauces to prepare dishes during the cooking event.
Besides having luncheon in Kollektion Haus guests also received a goody bag at the end of the
event.
We invited guests and members from the American Association to participate at this event. The
response to this event is greater than expected as more than 30 guests showed up. Apart from
getting to feel and touch the products, guests also received their first issue of Kollektion
Distribution Newsletter.
